DELIVERY INFORMATION

How much will it cost?

We aim to keep delivery costs to a minimum and combine postage if multiple items are purchased from us. You can calculate shipping either on the product page or from your basket.

We may occasionally need to contact you if the shipping charge doesn't cover the cost of carriage, this mainly applies to remote areas.

How long before my item gets shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of them being placed (excludes bank holidays & weekends).

When will I receive my order? 

Standard delivery is usually within 2 - 3 working days. 

Express - 1 - 2 working days

Delivery times for Scottish Highlands, Islands & NI are generally 3 - 5 days and we do not offer a next day service to these locations.

Do I need to be in when my order arrives?

If your order is large, heavy or of high value it will be sent on a next day tracked service and will require someone to be at home to accept delivery. You will receive notification of a delivery slot prior to delivery.

Can I collect my order?

All items can be collected in store free of charge. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order or contact us if you require the item sooner.

Courier Delivery information:

We use DPD and APC for our deliveries. You will receive a notification by email or phone with a delivery time slot. You will need to be at home to accept delivery or rearrange for the item to be delivered when someone is at home or let them know a safe place the item can be left. If the order gets returned to us as a result of a failed delivery, a charge of £13.99 will be deducted from the refund of your order.
